Lemongrass is popular in skin applications for its ability to help relieve irritated red skin due to its microbial, anti-fungal and antiviral properties. Lemongrass is also know to have antibacterial properties which makes it a great alternative to chemical or synthetic hand sanitizer's.
Lemongrass is also know to  helps improve the skin by toning tissues and reducing pimples, a mild astringent action that helps to open pores, so this soap bar might help fight acne combined with the activated Charcoal (black colour) it helps with drawing out dirt and toxins. Activated charcoal can also draw out oil from your skin. This means that less oil is built up and your skin can perform better at combating breakouts. Another benefit is that activated charcoal creates a mattified effect, as opposed to the shiny effect caused by oily skin.

Our soaps are hand blended in small batches to ensure all the goodness of the oils remain in the soap.  Wild Essence soap is made the traditional old fashioned way of melting and blending oils using the cold process method of saponification. During this long process we carefully monitor the soap and keep controlled temperatures of the environment during this process.  The soap is kept in the mould for up to 48 hours before it is hand cut and goes onto drying racks and cured for 30 days.  The long curing process makes the bar harder without using chemicals to do that. The older the soap the harder it will be and the longer it will last.  So don't be afraid to stock up on your favourite bars, the older the soap bars the better they become with age.
What is triple mill soap.  Our soap is not made from an imported soap noodle and milled.  Normally made with palm oil. This is a commercial process for large soap manufactures who buy an imported soap noodle and mill (grate it up) it to form soap bars and extrude the soap in large machines.  Our soaps are all made by hand, and blended by hand with beautiful skin enriching oils.  We do not use any Palm oil and feel very strongly about this policy.
Hand blended with luxury plant based oils including, Coconut oil, Australian Olive Oil, Caster oil, & Shea butter.  Our soap is cured on drying racks for 30 days before it is boxed.  Soap made the traditional way.  True artisan method of soap making.  Each bar is unique.
